Refund Policy
All sales are final at time of purchase. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, returns or exchanges. Each product is custom made to order based off your art, size, and material selection.

Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only accept returns/exchanges for items that have been received damaged or defective.
You may exchange your unused Fabric or Poly Backdrop for a different size if you ordered the incorrect size. You will be responsible for the postage to ship the unused, Backdrop back to us. The replacement Backdrop will not ship until we receive the return and inspect it to be sure it is in new condition.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange for any damaged or misprinted order, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as photographs of any damage or defects.
For orders damaged during transit, we require you to submit the damaged packaging and goods to your local USPS within 30 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for any sort of refund, your refund will be processed within 1 business day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Postage is non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fancyfabric@outlook.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
All items in Clearance are not eligible for exchange or return. These items are sold "as is" with any faults marked in product description.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you have ordered the wrong size Poly/Fabric and wish to exchange the unused backdrop in original condition for a larger size. Exchanges/reprints must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Photos must be presented and evaluated for reprinting an item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
All products will be shipped to the Shipping Address provided with your order. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to reship your order in the event the Shipping Address provided is incorrect.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item eligible for exchange or return. Postage is non-refundable.
If you are eligible for a refund, any Postage paid is non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
