Every backdrop and mat floor is custom made to order based on the design, size, and material you choose. Please take a moment to double-check your order details — especially your shipping address — before checking out.

Each item is created from scratch and moves through several production steps. Orders take about 7–10 business days to process before shipping out with UPS Ground (2–5 business days) in the U.S. International orders may take longer depending on location. Once your package is in transit, delivery times are in the carrier’s hands. During high peak times (November 15-December 31) these times can and usually increase to 10-12 business days before shipping. We will have current turnaround times at the top of our website.

Please plan ahead for your sessions and open your packages right away when they arrive. Our print lab works hard to make everything perfect, but if something slips through, catching it quickly gives us time to make it right.

Because every order is made just for you, all sales are final. Once an order enters production, it can’t be changed or canceled, even if it hasn’t shipped yet. Submitting your order means you’ve looked it over and agree to these terms.
